Shipping & Delivery
Welcome to Revotech – we're pleased that you've chosen our products! Here you'll find all the important information about shipping, delivery times, and delivery.
Our products are shipped directly from various warehouse locations internationally. The standard delivery time is approximately 7 to 14 business days from shipping confirmation.
This is a non-binding guideline , as we have no influence on transport times, customs clearance, holidays or delays with shipping service providers.
In rare cases—e.g., due to high workloads or customs delays—delivery may be delayed. This does not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for complaint .
As soon as the shipment has been completed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link so that you can track the shipping status at any time.
We ask that you only submit inquiries about the delivery status after the regular delivery period of 14 business days has passed , as in most cases the shipment is still in transit. Requests before this time cannot be processed for logistical reasons.

For deliveries within Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 6.95 per order – regardless of size or weight.
For orders over CHF 50, shipping is free.
Orders with multiple items may result in partial deliveries , as the products are shipped from different warehouses. These may occur in multiple packages and at different times. Partial deliveries are permitted and do not constitute a defect.
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address during the ordering process.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the address after the order has been sent.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or additional costs. In such cases, we reserve the right to pass these additional costs on to the customer.
The delivery times stated in the shop are non-binding . There is no right to delivery within the specified timeframe. Delays do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages.
